Joy with Jorge sells digital products only — PDF books and guides delivered by email. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

All sales are final

Because every product is an instant digital download, all sales are final once the download link has been sent or accessed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your file will not open or download

Email officecmm@gmail.com and we will send you a working copy. You will always receive the product you paid for — if something is technically wrong, we will fix it.

Duplicate charges and wrong purchases

If you were charged twice, or bought the wrong item by mistake, email officecmm@gmail.com within 30 days and we will make it right.
